What a busy year it was – 2020 recap

2020 brought unexpected challenges to the world of business and everyone around us.  For Axapta Masters, 2020 has been a busy and very successful year!
Despite all the challenges we faced together with the start of the world pandemic in 2020, we can proudly say that we hit our targets and grew our team even more. Covid-19 didn’t stop us, with our shields (masks) on and we are ready to tackle 2021!

So, here are our highlights of 2020:


Microsoft Gold Partner

It’s official, our hard work and dedication paid off – The “Gold title” has our back and all we can say is a big thank you to the whole team who contributed to this. Nothing would be the same without you.

Company growth

In the other news, despite all the challenges, working from home and hours of online meetings our team grew by 32%.
We expanded the company departments and opened new ones. Besides that, our internship program had 26 interns, our team passed more than 60 certification exams and more than 20 internal workshops have taken place.

ISO Certification & Macedonian localization package

As we strive to grow, we also strive to be better in any way –  Axapta Masters successfully completed the ISO certification process!
With ISO 9001, 20000-1, and 27001 we aim to provide a practical and workable Quality Management System improving all areas of the business, with consistent high-quality delivery of services internally and externally for extended networks and end-customers. Including monitoring, reviewing, maintaining, and improving the company’s information security management system.

 Besides working with global clients, we managed to deploy the Macedonian localization package, and we had our first Macedonia rollout. Online hangouts 😊

In 2020 our team, altogether had 5373 days working from home, but Covid-19 didn’t stop the team spirit, in fact, it even gave us the opportunity to be more creative while spending our online time together.
