Through the years, she became a valuable and respectable team player in the company, thorough and precise in everything she does, and also a natural problem solver, who has proven herself by completing so many projects for our company. Maja, you are with us since the beginning, what would you say about the Axapta journey so far?
It is a great pride to be part of Axapta’s exciting evolutionary journey since the very beginning and to experience growing up along with the company, embracing great values system and achieving the dream of becoming part of a shining example amongst the leading companies in our country.
Can you share with us your career story as part of Axapta Masters, how did you start and how did you get to where you are now?
Starting with a small steps, I completed 6 and a half years constantly growing as a professional, but also as an individual. I consider myself fortunate enough to meet such talented, inspiring, and enthusiastic leaders, whom I’ve always found committed to excellence. As it was my first experience working with Microsoft technologies, I was hardly dedicated to absorb knowledge during the internship program and after completing, I started working on real projects as Dynamics ax software developer. I was faced up with strong responsibilities of delivering work at deadlines which required building time management skills, constant learning not only how to resolve problems but resolving on the most efficient way, not only coding but coding with great quality. First years were like roller coaster experience. There were days when I felt like a real master followed by days when challenging tasks would bring me down to ground. And that is how I learned that I will be constantly learning and realized the beauty of never having boring working day. Apart from the satisfaction to complete the daily challenges, during next working years I really enjoyed the opportunities to work on international projects with different people from all around the world and to have valuable business travel experiences.
Can you tell us a bit more about the company culture at Axapta Masters?

What are some of your biggest motivators and sources for inspiration in your workday?
The feeling of progress is what motivates me every working day. Knowing the fact that my hard work and perseverance will help me achieve greater professional success is what keeps me going forward. And this company is giving me great opportunities for professional growing through working on challenging projects and also constant upgrading knowledge by completing Microsoft certification exams.
