To kick things off, could you tell us a little about working in Axapta Masters, and how the company vision and values inspire you?
I am part of the company for more than 5 years. I joined Axapta Masters when the number of employees was small but the willingness to learn, contribute and grow was enormous, so now after 5 years, not only the number of employees has changed, but we also became the fastest growing and leading Microsoft Partner in the region. The devotion and reliability that we offer to our clients, the honesty, and the support that Axapta Masters offers to the employees are inspiring me to be part of the company for many years to come.
In one word Axapta Masters feels like a family, that is growing and is always there for you.
How did your career as a Dynamics AX Functional Consultant start and why did you decide to work in this field?
Well, it all started in 2016 when besides the music career I was trying to find a job according to my field of studies. In the meantime, a friend saw the job opening for the position in Axapta Masters and referred it to me. That was the first time I actually found out that there is a company in my hometown which works with Microsoft technologies. I started with learning the technology and a few years later here we are, making this interview 😊
Working with Microsoft Dynamics really is a challenge, and I’m always up for a challenge. Besides that it never gets boring, every day is a new experience for me.
What are the things you’ve done or projects you have worked on at Axapta Masters, that you’re the proudest of?
As I already said, Axapta Masters has grown a lot in the past 5 years. That is a result of the hard work that we have done so far. That includes the successful delivery of many projects in different industries.
As I am a person who is driven by the process of accomplishing challenges, I am proud of every single completed project and activity I have been involved in and looking forward to the next milestones that we as a company are going to accomplish.
In your private life you are a musician. What does work-life balance mean to you, and how the music helps you to achieve that goal?
Working in a dynamic place such as the IT industry requires a lot of energy and creativity, so it is very important to do something that can help in charging your batteries. Being a musician means that you can be creative and free, but you also must be committed to reaching the desired effect. It helps me recharge my batteries and move on in the IT world where energy, commitment, and creativity are key elements to long-term success.
What are the three most important things that you would tell someone who wants to become part of Axapta Masters?
For all of you who want to be part of Axapta Masters, I would say that it is a great opportunity to be a part of a modern IT company in which you will learn and achieve a lot and at the same time you will spend time with the friendliest colleagues ever!
