At the same time, we are open to potential collaborators, partners, and students, confirming once again that our company culture is open, emphasizes teamwork, well-being, and knowledge-sharing, as the companies we collaborate with across the world. This month, students from Tampere University of Applied Sciences, International Business Faculty from Finland, visited Axapta Masters as part of their educational program. The goal of their visit, as they told us, was to get to know our company, our working principles, and values, to meet our employees and hear their story.
Our impressions are still fresh, we were happy to host them and to do a quick presentation and an insight into our business and work. Our employees were happy to meet them too, they shared their work experiences with the students and exchanged contacts with many of them to keep the touch which may result in new collaboration in the future.

Straight after we got into Axapta Masters, we were positively surprised about how friendly and welcoming the employees are. The office looked an incredible place to work at and there were many local food and drinks offered. We are really pleased that some of the Finnish students were interested in our Dynamics AX internship training program, which includes the possibility for some of them to incorporate the two-month experience that would open their doors to employment throughout Europe and the World where it is using this Microsoft platform.
Of course, this event wouldn’t be a great experience if we didn’t finish with a nice party in our company, where besides having a friendly Macedonian-Finnish billiards tournament, we had fun with authentic pop hits from ours and their culture and made this meet-up to be the basis for a new collaboration in future!
