On 31.05.2022 Double Tree by Hilton in Skopje was hosted the first regional conference on Microsoft business technologies, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform organized by Axapta Masters. The main motto of the conference is “The future is digital”, emphasizing the need for companies to start or continue the process of digital transformation they are going through, while also following the rapidly growing trends that are gradually becoming mandatory.
The conference was opened by Riste Marevski, one of the three managing partners and owners of the company Axapta Masters, and the director of Microsoft Macedonia and Kosovo Ljupco Georgiev.
The one-day conference had a total of 8 sessions, of which 4 presented the latest technologies and options offered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain Management, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer engagement and Field service, and Microsoft Power Platform with a focus on Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power BI.
One of the sessions, led by Bojan Dimitrievski – Operations Manager at Axapta Masters, was dedicated to the support that Microsoft offers to companies in the process of digital transformation and starting to use the latest Microsoft technologies. Ljupco Georgiev, Director of Microsoft Macedonia and Kosovo, noted that in cooperation with partner companies such as Axapta Masters, Microsoft opens new options for companies that want to take the first step and assess their needs as organizations by creating a customized solution to specific requirements. in all industries.
Two of the sessions were discussions with Axapta Masters associates and clients from Europe, as well as from Macedonia, who shared their experience with the digital transformation of their companies. In both sessions, the guests had the opportunity to hear more about the importance of using “cloud” services in relation to outdated “on-premise” software and, of course, the importance of the first step taken before starting the digital transformation of the company, i.e., proper assessment to the needs of the company by business analysts and consultants. This session was led by Dimitar Bojchev, project manager at Axapta Masters.
Kostadin Necevski, director of the IT department at Auto-Moto Association of Macedonia, shared the experience and the reason why AMSM decided to start using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F & SCM and a centralized “cloud” solution for the seven entities that are part of AMSM. The discussion with AMSM was led by Vladimir Mitreski, one of the three managing partners and owners of the company Axapta Masters, where it was emphasized that the assessment and development of a conceptual solution for AMSM are in cooperation with Axapta Masters, which has created Macedonian localization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F & SCM. Finally, the conference was closed with the last panel discussion with 5 interlocutors, as well as the moderator Miroslav Panevski – project manager at Axapta Masters, where in a joint discussion they stressed the need to adapt and follow global trends brought by technology and their implementation locally in companies. , as well as in education in creating a competent staff that is ready to face the daily challenges in companies.
The message to the audience from the representatives of Europe was that the companies must invest in innovations and digitalization of the repetitive business processes because in that way they improve their work that is leading to the growth of the company. As a result of digitalization and automation of business processes in European companies, opportunities are created for new jobs, ie, digitalization does not replace human capital, but on the contrary, frees up high productivity of employees, which at the same time means greater and faster growth of the company.
This year the conference was closed and was attended by 100 guests from Macedonia and the region, as well as associates from Europe.
