It’s that time of the year, the period for celebrating the moments, the achievements and the success. It’s time to look back on the progress we’ve made in 2018 as we are preparing for better and even more challenging 2019.

New Teammates

In one year, our company expanded from 30 to 41 employees, who took part in different kind of projects for several industries. Also, the internship program for 2018, again has been proven successful, nurturing graduates to become new masters, and to take a big step in the sphere of Microsoft Community. Now we are a bunch of people who own a great vision and knowledge, a lot of challenges we strive to overcome and learn from them, and of course with improved services and solutions to offer.

First Keynote Presentation

We visited AXUG Summit EMEA in Dublin to stay in touch with all the new happenings at the Dynamics 365 Stage. Our colleagues had held a presentation regarding one of our projects for this year – How to be in control of your integrations, and nailed it! AXUG Summit EMEA Amsterdam 2019 wait for us!

Amazing New Offices

We’ve welcomed the 2018 in new, more modern and wider offices. Consequently, our lovely glassy building seems not to be enough for all of us, so in July we took one more office across the street, and of course we hosted a welcoming party. Owners of other houses nearby pay attention, you may receive a rent order.

Increased Client Base

Not just to brag about it, but we are proud to say that in parallel with 2017 we have doubled our clients base and we entered in new markets acquiring clients from interesting industries from the DACH region and UK, after years of successful collaboration with the rest of Europe.

New Markets Reached

In the IT world it is well-known that as the project grows, more knowledge and experience is required. Consequentially we hired .NET experts to cover the appropriate fraction of the market, as we can offer Dynamics 365 services entirely, including Dynamics 365 for Sales (CRM) even if we have started operating with Dynamics AX merely.

Strategic partnership with HSO Macedonia

We became an official partner with HSO Macedonia for whom we will continue to give best services we can, and improve our friendship.

We never forget adventures

We all know about the importance of the company’s team buildings, and we are trying these kinds of internal events to be a good memorable experience and something we will always talk about later with a lot of laughs. We continued our tradition of organizing team buildings, visiting Berovo in May and Greece in September. Also, we have participated at Mavrovo Maximum Adventure, a two-days event where companies from Macedonia are competing between themselves, and we achieved the second place in Mountain Marathon Male Race.

New website

We updated and revived our old website with the brand-new content and insights for the Microsoft community, with a main goal to highlight and present our advantages to the audience.

We are proud to say 2018 was a huge year for AXapta Masters, not only for our team, but for the clients who build their businesses with us. We are excited to see what 2019 will bring to us.
